Items that are out of stock but have already been paid for are eligible for an immediate refund upon customer request.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the item is received.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or fees.

Shipping and Return Policy:

Return Period:
Returns are accepted within 20 days of the delivery date, provided items are unused, unworn, no tags or labels are removed, item in its original packaging and undamaged.

Return Process:
Contact our customer service team at sales@cricketbazar.my to initiate a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the goods until they reach us. Please ensure your items are securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. We will not be liable for any items returned to us in a damaged condition.
Any item not in its original or suitable condition will be returned to you at your expense, accompanied by an email notification of our decision.
All sales/promotional items and purchases made with discount coupons are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been paid for, we can issue a full refund as long as the order has not yet been shipped. However, if the order has already been packed and shipped, we are unable to offer a full refund.
